Trump once again is acquitted, millions of dollars were wasted on a trial that we all knew what the outcome would be before the trial started and the new Administration has accomplished what? (Rhetorical Question)
This whole insurrection B.S. reminds me of my studies of Business Law. What would a reasonable person do? The “reasonable person” is a hypothetical individual who approaches any situation with the appropriate amount of caution and then sensibly takes action.
Did Trump insight an insurrection? Not by the standard of Reasonable Person. I heard the speech and I in no way took it to mean go launch an assault on the Captial. March there and protest maybe? Go up to the steps and demonstrate possibly. But to kill and destroy public property? No. And a reasonable person would know better.
A Reasonable Person.. acts not on what they think is being said, but what they know a reasonable person would do in that situation. But reasonable persons are like common sense. Both are lacking in Congress!
