I know this may sound crazy, but it's true. My husband, a healthy man in his 30s, is a bed-wetter. He doesn't have any other types of bladder control problems, never wets himself during the day, but he frequently wets the bed. He sleeps with an absorbent pad underneath him every night and that both protects the mattress and keeps the wetness on his side. I know it's weird, but it's something I've gotten used to over the years.
It varies in how often in happens, sometimes as much as 2-3 times a week, something it's more like once a month. We're definitely to the point where there is no shame in it between us, and he openly talks about it when it happens. The plus side is I get my sheets washed very regularly, and he knows that is his responsibility.
No real point to this entry. Just this morning he got out of bed in a urine soaked nightgown and I thought I'd write about it.
