Baked Artichoke Chicken in Food Porn

Not much to say about this one other than... I have to say that I probably didn't take a well angled picture. It really looks like I was showcasing the potatoes; and while they are very good potatoes, it's all about the bird my friends!

I wasn't sure how well artichoke would go over. I wasn't sure if it was something that most people like, or it was more of an acquired taste like asparagus or veg like that. Well... it was devoured. And I mean this chicken was devoured by an 8 year old. She cut it up and it was gone before mine was!!

This is getting filed in my 'definitely make again' set of recipes. Well... "recipes".
