i was there sitting on a bench
in a park full of butterflies
were flying around and about
sparked joy, no lies

people didn’t care
they just walked away
looking for another
because more is better

i still sat on the bench
looking at those butterflies
cause i was happy for once
that my happiness in front of my eyes
