I've resolved to writing every entry a day late. It's becoming increasingly difficult to churn anything out, especially in the evenings. I am so tired recently and by the time my day is over, I can't think of anything but sleep.

Work is still kicking my butt. The Q1 chaos leaks into April a bit, but after this week I should be back on schedule. April is a little less busy than March. May is a little less busy than April...and it all starts picking up again in September.

The house is going on the market on Thursday. Chris decided to price it at $342K, and since I'm trying to let him have his space (since this house was always more his than mine and he's the one living in it) I have decided to not fight back on as much as possible. It's been hard. The price aspect was okay (I may have priced it closer to $345 or $350) but there are other things that are challenging. For instance, he doesn't want to paint the back steps. The realtors think we should, and I'm inclined to agree with them. This is what they know, after all. Anyhow, I'm biting my tongue for now.
