SO... first week of nutrisystem down. haven't done my actual 1st week weigh in yet, but I'm down at least 3lbs. Pretty stoked. The plan is easy, only frustrating when I'm bored and want to eat crap food. My friend and I are planning on getting together at least once a week for hour long walks. Probably more often than that, but it's a start. And I'm trying to be more active when I get home instead of going right to the couch. So far that's been happening. So yea! um... overall boring entry, but yea.
