this week, my 3rd, 4th and 5th graders are taking the NY state ELA assessment test. there are a large portion of students in my school that have testing accommodations, so naturally administration needs to use my room. that means, i am a traveling or push-in teacher this week! i am SO glad i am not normally a push-in teacher. today was rough! just trying to think of all the materials i need to bring to all of my classes throughout the day. i wasnt sure if i would be able to get back into my room in time, so i had to grab everything for 4 classes and lug it around on a cart. thankfully, my cart is able to carry many things, including my boombox and violin :) im not looking forward to the next 2 days...friday will be a happy day back in my room!

once i figure out this picture thing, i will post some!
