No posts for awhile, which is a reflection mostly of the general stasis that life has been in. I have a hard time being unhappy about this, so I’m not going to try.
I’ve been spending my time drawing, reading, doing kung fu at home, and plenty of video games. That’s basically it. At the recommendation of my counselor, I’ve been investigating learning styles, since I’ve never really figured out the best approach for me. I know I tend to be more a system thinker, meaning I learn better when I can get a whole bunch of relationships. It’s also why I’ve had so little success with anything that requires rote memorization.
My brother’s graduating college on Friday, although of course nothing is happening in-person. His school’s doing something online, and we’re planning to do a mass online meeting at the same time. I imagine drinking will ensue at our respective places, and we’re planning on doing a game of Terraria once the new update comes out.
I’m still hoping we can take the kid to the beach this summer, but it all just depends on what the pandemic does in the meantime. This is the extent of any plans for the foreseeable future.
