Virus in Public

All these people enjoying their time in isolation - I’m jealous. I’m getting sick. I wish I could catch up on DIY projects and chill, but I’m in bed every day now. Almost certain it’s the virus given my symptoms. A lot of my family down south have it, and everything lines up. No tests available of course, but now have to stay home for at least 2 weeks and be ill.
My aunt died from covid last week. She was healthy and well, not in any category to put her at risk. Very sad and made this thing even more real.
Today I can’t breathe as well as I normally can, it feels like I’ve got a toddler sat on my chest. Hoping we have enough food to see us through. We didn’t hoard anything and now we can’t leave and all the online delivery slots are taken. Just hoping we get through this. Alls I can say is that this is not just a bit of feeling ill, this stuff is..... its bad. It’s pretty bad. Fingers crossed.
Edit 3 days later: Breathing is a lot harder now. Still getting air but I feel like I’ve only got about half my lungs available to me. So tired! Just exhausted. Fever is mild, which I’m thankful for. Lungs ache all the time, and sharp stitch pains pop up every so often. No resting position is comfortable.
Stay safe everyone, this thing is crazy contagious, we took every precaution and we already WFH and still we got it. Don’t break the rules. It’s not worth the risk.
