Billions to earn $400,000. in Life After 60

I don’t really understand why anyone would spend billions of dollars to win an office that only pays $400,000 a year. It just doesn’t seem like a good return on one’s investment. Maybe that is the problem. The fools running for office don’t have the common sense to see that. And we wonder why Congress can’t balance a budget or get anything done. They can’t understand simple math or economics.
