Sunday and Monday in Diet and Exercise

Sunday I tried Angies suggestion of the Eggo waffles instead of McDonalds hot cakes for dinner tonight, and I think we have a winner. It satisfied the craving I have and was quite a bit lower in calories 450 calories vs 700.

Good Things I did for me today Stayed in calorie range Ran 3 miles on the treadmill this morning at 5.2 Walked 4 miles tonight

Monday I was supposed to do another mini triathlon tonight in preparation for the one Im doing at the gym at the end of the month but the treadmills were all full so I did 10 miles on the bike, 5000 meters on the rower and then was supposed to do a 3 mile run. Well the gas tank was empty! I walked 1.5 instead. I should have known better.
