A House Divided in God, With Skin On

Christ taught this principle in Matthew 12 and Abraham Lincoln used the same idea after he had accepted the Illinois Republican Party’s nomination as that state’s US senator. Both men were wise in there preception.
Flash forward to present day politics and the idea of a house divided can not stand has been thrown out the window. The divided in Congress is ever wideing. The hate and contempt for the President is unreal.
The #notmypresident# movement is doing a great injustice to America. Had American’s acted this way in Lincolns time, I wonder what would have happened? You may not respect the man, but you should respect the Office. I don’t hear the Democrats bashing Bill Clinton for his colorful use of the Oval Office. And why is that? He is one of their own.
The bottom line we are all American, all part of either the solution or the problem. I fear what will happen to this country in the next 8 years. Socialism sounds good, but it will divide if not ruin this great country.
