Femara cycle one was way too short. I thought I ovulated on cd 10 (based on opk, cm, and temp), but I got AF on cd 22… Definitely not ideal for achieving a healthy pregnancy. This cycle I waited to take my first Femara today - CD 4. I will also be more prepared this cycle to bd earlier. Last cycle we were not prepared for an ovulation that early since my typical unmedicated O isn't until cd 25-30 and on clomid I never ovulated at all. We kind of "forgot" that during a normal cycle where one would typically ovulate on cd 14 you should start bd'ing early. We didn't until cd 11 and again on cd 13, but based on my chart, we missed O all together. This month we will start earlier ;-)
This is probably all just a foreign language to those of you not ttc, but it's mainly for my record and just to document my cycle.
On a positive note…. Femara worked for me! I did ovulate and it did technically work the way it should, just earlier than i had planned.
