Thank goodness for hump day.
My streak of bad luck continues. I worked from home today and went I went out to go to lunch I had a flat tire. I had a can of fix a flat that has been riding around in my trunk for at least ten years so I used that and was able to go ahead and go to Subway to meet my friend Shelley for lunch. After work I took it to a used tire place and they said the tire was bad so I got a new one.
Good Things I did for me
Zumba
Stairmaster 20 minutes Walked 20 minutes
Gratitudes
That I had the can of fix a flat and that I had the money to buy a new tire.
Shelleys inviting me to meet her for lunch.

Stairmaster and walking sound doable for me. Warmer weather coming so will soon begin. You inspire me to get out there and just do what I can.
