My daily life is spent serving others. I am a wife, mom, nurse, and caregiver. As I am getting older, I'm finding that I haven't spend a lot of time serving myself and it shows. It's time to start taking care of myself, no matter how hard it is, and how comfortable I am. This is my "self-help" journey.
