Book Description

Here is a thirty year compilation of what I like to cook. Some of it is easy,and some of it requires moderate skill. I’ll add one to two recipes per week. I promise all of it is tasty and comes with my warmest wishes for a full belly and a contented heart.

I began cooking when I was about four years old. After over half a century on this planet,I still am excited to develop new favorites while cooking old standbys for my family and friends. Where possible,I will give you the history of this dish within my family. I am blessed to come from a very long line of excellent cooks. My Mother was Irish and my Father was Romanian. Meals were always a celebration in our home,no matter how plentiful or what the season was.

I hope you enjoy our gastronomic tour. Please feel free to ask for something you remember eating in the past or ask me questions. I like to picture us all gathered around my large round table,eating and cooking together.
