In the creation and management of our investment vehicles, we always seek to align the interests of all parties, whilst also providing returns in a form most suitable to investors.

Our key considerations include the balance between capital growth and income, the timing of cash flows throughout the investment term and the extent, timing and nature of taxation and other benefits.

Where appropriate we also structure our investments to meet both domestic and international investors’ short and long-term requirements.
