JaCkz will be returning to the team. This will lead to various roles changing within the team. NiKo will be taking KenneyS’ AWP, and JaCkz will become the primary fragger. G2 is currently packed with highly skilled riflers which should afford G2 the opportunity to try out new ideas. It’s refreshing to see NiKo on servers playing in a non-challenging game using an AWP.
“NiKo changing its position to a hybrid-AWPer gives us a more flexible approach and also provides more flexibility in our game as well as the present meta,” maLeK said.
It’s too early to say what’s next for kennyS, however the AWPer likely has something lined up already. In a tweet, kennyS announced that his new contract would be officially signed within a couple of days.
