LOL has not yet released an official release date, but it is likely that the hero will be released in the near future. Passive - Thousand Cuts

Snip-Snip

Gwen swiftly snips her blade between two and six times, inflicting magic damage in a cone. Gwen can snip up to two times and add one more snip to each basic attack Gwen has hit an enemy. Hallowed Mist

Gwen spins around the Hallowed Mist to surround her for five seconds, gaining some armour and magic resistance when in it. Gwen is not able to be attacked or injured by any enemies that are not in the Mist. Gwen is followed by the mist the first time she tries to leave, but will vanish the second time.

Skin N Slash

Gwen dashes a short distance, and then bolsters her attacks by increasing range, speed, and on-hit magic damage for four seconds. If she attacks an opponent during this period will refund 50% of the cooling time.

Needlework

Gwen can use Needlework three times, however she must hit an enemy within eight seconds to unlock the next casting.
