Hi! this is my first day of writing in this type of community, i feel like there is a need for me to be heard.

I wanted to scream and let the world know I am in so much pain and darkness. I am scared, everyday I try ti get up and make it different and hope that tomorrow is greater than today. I have so many unsaid thoughts I dont even know whome to talk anymore.

The world is under the spell of this corona virus i cant seem to get in touch with any pyshcuatrist available so here I am.

I want to try and see how my day would go from this day forwadr.
