Hello.
I’m not quite sure about all of this yet. I am currently in the process of writing my first book (in fact, I have a few books in progress, so i’m not sure which one will get done first) and one of my characters has an online, anonymous journal. It made me wonder if they exist already so I googled and found that yes, they do! After a few days I decided to join this site.
I used to keep a diary when I was younger. My mother passed away and I found that writing her letters helped me deal with it and over time they became diary entries. I stopped writing as much as I grew up but even now, occasionally I find myself writing to my mother to calm myself down if i’ve had a bad day. Does anyone else do things like this?

I’m sure im not supposed to do an introduction or anything here seeing as this is anonymous, heck, people probably wont even read this. This could be out for the whole world to see, yet nobody will view it. And that’s totally fine by me as well.

I’m hoping my entries here can be a place for me to get my thoughts and feelings down. Maybe they will help other people, maybe they won’t.
Without becoming all ‘woe is me’, I’ve been through a lot in my life and I’m only 27. I’ve lost my mother, grandmother, both of my granddads and my little brother. I’ve suffered a miscarriage, had children, and had a surrogate baby. I plan on writing about all of these things and I will probably laugh and cry while doing so.

What I have found irritating so far is that when I type here, it all comes up lower case. I’m obviously too used to using Microsoft word, woops! Off I go to edit :)
