Counseling
I am beginning counseling next week. I am sad beyond words. I am nervous about my counseling sessions. Do they call you crazy to your face?

I am beginning counseling this week. I am unhappy in some of the biggest parts of my life. My children make me happy. That’s about it. No one even knows that I’m unhappy. I’m pretty good at hiding it. Nervous about the counseling though. Do they just come right out and call you crazy?
