My name is Raul Castro. I am 23 years old. I was born in San Antonio, Texas. I was basically raised here in El Paso, Texas. I have a beautiful energetic 9-month-old baby that I am proud to go home every day to. I am a Political Science major. My area of studies is Law and Politics. I decided to take this course, so I may graduate with the minor of religious studies. I plan to attend law school, so I may one day become an attorney. As an attorney I feel like that would be making it to the big times. Being an attorney provides the surety that will have more job choices almost anywhere.

Besides law school, I do believe with a minor in religious studies I can build a better understanding of the difficulties that have been existent throughout the globe. It is a very powerful skill to be able to have the answer to why a certain group of people take the actions that they do. I’m not sure if minoring in religious studies will work out but I know that my major in political science will be a success due to the passion I have developed for it. I have always surrounded myself with the process of the law. It makes me feel as if I have a purpose in life to fulfill. I enjoy reading text books that have legal terms. I am currently working full time in downtown El Paso as a bail bond agent in which I am happy to arrive there every day due to its affiliation with the law. It is a very busy place to work at, but I am amazed to meet the attorneys and judges that are involved with my clients. I am happy to give this course a try to benefit my education. Thank you.
