Mega-Corporations Eurol and Cortek celebrate by holding a live casted VR summit viewed by 7.3 billion people within 3 hours, in what is called the most televised event in history, in an effort to establish their monolithic presence on earth as superpowers.

2068 - Corporate war erupts in the continent of North America, causing devastation and destruction on a scale never witnessed before, cybernetically augumented soldiers in tandem with A.I controlled androids combating genetically enhanced soldiers in guerilla warefare that would lead the entire continent becoming a war-torn wasteland, eyed by orbital bombardment stations owned by Eurol-Cortek Mega Corp.

2072 - In an effort to exert supreme authority over mankind, Eurol-Cortek threatens to indiscriminately bombard the North American Warzone, thus quelling further chaos in the continent and slowing the perpetual degradation wreaked upon the inhabitants of the continent.

The world stands at the edge of reality, where the truth is blurred by organized media theatrics. Youths of the lower class are systematically displaced from their families whether by authority or circumstance, seemingly indoctrinated to believe that their corporate background affiliations are by some means a measure of their pedigree. The machine of education turns to produce a perpetual cycle of individuals who depend on an identity that can only be validated by their member affiliations.

Entertainment has become more than a recreational component of living but moreso a control device that aims to quell the natural uncomfortable curioisities that effervescence within a person, those who suffer from this condition are drawn to corporate controlled healthcare solutions that seem to have a highly effective rate of rectifying this phenomena.

Cities are run by corporations and lawlessness is rife in outer city urban compounds where contracted police enforcement wears thin, dotted around city districts are hubs where activities are sanctioned by corporate owned entities that act nigh independantly from each other. Most of the workforce that propells the machine of human soceity is robotic and A.I controlled with strict and elegant encryption technology that only savant like individuals could hope to tamper with.

As such, technology dictates the boundries and potential a user can exploit to their ends.
