brain homework
so… dr.c wants me to write out a list of my “self-talk”. i guess i kind of hit her right in the feels when she realized how vicious i am to my self. oops. i think? but i was stuck for a while...
Book Description
entries specifically related to my adventures in therapy. i’ll be (hopefully) starting DBT (dialectical behavior therapy) in the relatively near future, and from what i understand, there’s a fair amount of “homework” involved. so anything specifically related to that will be put here.
