Book Description
Lately I’ve been thinking about how different online projects grow over time, and what actually makes them sustainable.
At first, it always seems like everything depends on traffic, tools, or quick wins. But the more I look into it, the more it feels like long-term results come from how well everything is structured behind the scenes.
Whether it’s managing users, building systems, or working with data, consistency and understanding your audience seem to matter the most. It’s not just about getting attention, but about what happens after that.
I’ve also been exploring how businesses measure and improve retention, especially through things like customer lifetime value for ecommerce, and how that affects decisions over time.
Still figuring things out, but it’s interesting to see how much strategy actually matters compared to just tools or short-term tactics.
