Mountain Mama ⋅ 40

I long to be in the mountains but live in the city. I try to get through life day by day while having various illnesses. I'm trying to take things more slowly. I enjoy meditation, nature, weather, the night sky, music (especially bluegrass), learning how to be more self-sufficient, trying new vegetarian recipes, and spending time with my family. I try to reflect on myself and realized that I need a place to write things down because writing it out is beneficial for my mental health.
