I loved that, thank you for the answers. If I were eating breakfast in a restaurant, my choices would be:
Two eggs, over medium
Hashbrowns
White toast with butter
Ham
One answer was strawberry shortcake and that sounds SO good now. :)

I had two eggs over medium and hash browns for dinner tonight. Bacon instead of ham (though I love both) and corn tortillas, too.

I love breakfast burritos, but I never thought of using corn tortillas kind of instead of toast or biscuits.
