I love cooking, especially food that’s onion heavy.
The recipes here look easy and fun. Simple, not ingredient heavy that cross-contaminate the flavors.
AND he doesn’t use ketcthup. That alone makes this 10/10
I’ve been delaying getting a flat top grill that goes over the stove. Subconsciously been waiting for winter to try out this recipe. I have no idea why my brain collates beef burgers with winter, probably coz of some happy memories I have buried deep down.
I also need to research new sauces, so much variety out there.
