I had F*bombs for everything individually as I tried to close my bedroom door and get back to my bed without falling.
I feel like bro/wife shouldn’t be mad I got them Christmas presents; they should just buck up and put a little effort in. Sister is far from broke as well. In fact, I’m likely the most broke of all and can’t STOP myself from getting them all presents I know they’ll enjoy. In my opinion, I give and receive gifts that last and are to be cherished; those things you see or hold and smile, thinking of the giver for a moment. That’s how presents worked in my world after I was old enough to understand. I keep the coloring books and utensils I got from my Mom years ago for Christmas, because I WILL eventually get to them and enjoy them. I don’t think gifts should ever be a burden. She always knew that; it was one of the things I loved about her.
