Christmas In July in Help Me Please

Have you ever heard of this?
What it is is when our food bank asks for more donations weather it be food or money and they give it to families in need. This has been going on for a while because the food dwindles in the middle of the year so they do this. The people who depend on the food banks this really helps and it’s just another way to donate to the food bank.
I use to work at the food bank and I always had a great time. But then management changed and they decided to change the way the workers did their work so I stopped working for them. I also worked for one of the city food banks and I loved it there and when the person who ran it retired I quit because the management told her that she couldn’t do what she had been doing for the 20 years or so she worked . I miss not working for them but maybe it was time to not work there anymore and to go on to something else.. But I never did find anything else to do so I just basically retired.
Onto something else…
Hubby’s new jacket came yesterday and I really like it and it fits him well. it’s one of those cotton windbreakers that has a lining inside and it’s nice and light. Now that all has to come is my birthday present and then that will be it till the holidays when hubby needs to get my gifts which knowing him will be the day before the holidays. But so far I have stopped him from doing that so he will get it early enough where I can wrap the gifts.
Onto something else…
Dinner last night was pretty good and there are some left overs so on Friday hubby will eat them. Tonight I am thinking pork chops and some sort of noodles and maybe carrots.

Tomorrow I get to go to the dentist so that should be interesting because they moved so I am thinking I will try to arrive early just incase I get lost and go the wrong way. I do that sometimes. But then I can not read a map so that makes it even harder for me. But I do have a much simpler way of finding places and that is to use right and left and streets to turn on. And I don’t know south or east either it’s either right or left and that is it or common buildings that I know.
Onto something else…

long ago I had a friend who gave people instructions instructions to get to the collage she worked for. She always told women right and left and streets to turn on! Apparently, she had found much more women preferred to do what you do! I know I prefer this!

The simplest ways are always better. They might take a bit longer to explain but at least you can see the building in your heard even though you have never been there.
