A positive weekend in My Therapy Book

What does the week hold? Only time will tell but I am starting the week out with a hopeful attitude and a positive mindset. I had a great weekend spending time with the kids. We went downtown to enjoy the food truck festival. I was surprised by how many people were out since if was fairly cold and wet but the streets were packed. The food was good and it was nice spending time with the kids. Yesterday I took my daughter to Disney Springs for her sweet 16th birthday dinner. It was a year late but we finally got to Morimoto Asia for her dinner. She brought her boyfriend. I have not decided on him yet. The Duck Ramen was amazing and the service was out of this world. I would recommend the place to anyone who enjoys that style of food. Tried to get into the new Giddens Bake shop but there was a five hour wait. I was not willing to wait that long for a fancy cookie. Last stop of the weekend was at IKEA. Always a favorite. They had not chocolate pie, which was a bit of a let down but it was a nice stop other than that. All of this has put me in a positive place and ready to hit the week full force.
