Off to the Races in My Therapy Book

My goal this year is to grow digital signage by a minimum of 10% and find a way to zero out the expense to the company for next years budget. We are currently budgeted for around 45k but I need to find a way to not only offset that expense but also grow the number of units currently in the field. I would like to see it tripled in the next 3 years but that would mean exponential growth in years 2 and 3. This program has been the biggest thorn in my side since coming to work here 2.5 years ago. I feel like I should be able to accomplish more with it but it always seems out of reach. For the first time since I started I feel like I might have a handle on this and the skills and confidence to spearhead change.
