It all seems to be coming together. in My Therapy Book

I have been on my new job for around 2.5 years and I can say that I have not really felt comfortable in my position. I always deferred to the “senior” members of the staff and would not force my position. That changed with this new year. For the first time I view myself on an equal footing with my team members. I think my opinions are listened to and taken into consideration. That is a game changer for me. It will change the entire way I approach my job.
