Today: 135 x6, 185 x 6, 205x3, x 2 235 x1 , failure at 245 bench.

Plan: 60 percent at 145 4 x 10., 2 weeks, 3x8 175 week 3, week 4 3x8 at 185, week 6 3x8 at 205, 305 lbs in 12 weeks, max goal.

OR, you need to switch gyms, anytime fitness.
