Turns out, I’m probably not bipolar.

I probably have borderline personality disorder. Which, I feel, is worse. More stigmatized. No medicine helps, just intense therapy. A lot of people don’t survive this. I have a feeling I’ll be one of the ones who don’t.

hugs Welcome to the BPD Club!! <3 I just wanted to say, when someone is given this diagnosis, it is the best one to get, because its one that we can actually cure. So, technically a lot of people DO survive this. raises hand I am 1. You're not alone. I say go for the therapy if you can, if not I can recommend a good book that can get you started!

It's better to get the correct diagnosis, too. If you were on meds for bipolar and they were not working...then you were putting something into your body that was doing you a disservice. Hugs. Read and let yourself hear from those that know. You can do this.

It’s just a label ... for insurance purposes. My new psychiatrist thinks I’m not bipolar.... depressed and ADHD . Who knows ? You are divine . You are beautiful. You are everything. Don’t let the specifics hold you back .
