I weigh the same amount today as I did yesterday. That happens to me 1x or 2x per week. It's normal. Hang in there. Instead of binging focus ...and I mean focus...on how badly you want to see it go down tomorrow. Do what you are supposed to do and try again. Hugs. Ok. Now that you binged, erase what's behind you and focus on doing the right things today. The wonderful thing about time? It's a new day...the sun is rising here (although it's pouring down rain, so we won't see it today). It's a new day. Start over and congratulate yourself for starting over.
One of the things I have found is that we are so mean to ourselves. We treat ourselves worse than we treat anyone...even those we dislike. It's crazy how terrible we can be to ourselves. We don't congratulate ourselves enough. So start over and congratulate yourself. Make a new pact with yourself today. You can do it....you want to right? Big Hugs. You got this.
