Loving the Q&A work Mistress has me doing it definitely has me looking at the questions and problems presented to me in different ways than I was before I started. Got a lot done today and definitely managing my time better and I am LOOOOVVVVVVVING how I’ve felt after the last few workouts stronger and faster my body is responding better to changes and I will continue to push and work harder because I know my body can take it I just have to focus and make sure my mind won’t quit before my body . I’ve Got THIS!!!!!!!!
