So I had my appointment on Thursday (2/21) to find out what portion of the study I am in. There were three options.
1) Weight Loss Med #1
2) Weight Loss Med #2
3) Weekly meetings with a dietitian
GUESS WHAT I GOT?! Yes, that’s right. A dietitian. Seriously? You should have heard the string of obscenities that came out my mouth in my car after the appointment. I have to drive an hour away to meet with specialists that will weigh and measure me. Well, guys. It is clear that my “easy way outs” are officially and completely over and I have to come to terms with the fact that when I eat I get fat and I am one of those people that has to eat a low calorie diet forever.
For lunch I’m having Stir Fried cauliflower rice with lots of veggies. It had alot of flavor and was super yum and filling (Because you can eat 3 cups for 180 calories). I honestly have no fucking clue why I eat deep fried fast food crap instead of stuff like this. The flavor is so much better in vegetables than anything you can get in fast food.
I have a habit of eating out. It’s easier. And I’m sometimes just crunched for time. Like tonight, I play mom taxi and grab food out between going here and there. I looked at the website and planned out a meal from Subway. I checked Zaxbys, Subway, Chick Fil A, and Wendys. Subway came out waaaay ahead in terms of value. So Subway it is.
