In one department, I was given the opportunity to use my Masters in Information Resources and Library Science to revamp our files and folders in a shared space. I led a team responsible for organizing its structure, creating an archive, and communicating our progress to staff.
Unfortunately, before the project was finished, our Director was laid off, and although our KM team attempted to continue the work, without leadership support, it flopped.
