The Beatles, of course.
The other day I happened to listen to a music podcast that was discussing the 50th anniversary edition of the Beatles White Album.
I got my hands on a copy and started listening. Compared to the original this one is much brighter, clearer and has a nice depth of sound.
I really noticed the clarity of the instruments and vocals I hadn’t really heard before.
Also the set has a disc of demo songs. Normally I don’t care about demo versions of songs, but this has a few Beatles songs that were never released, and the demos are pretty good.
I also have a copy of the 50th anniversary Sgt. Pepper that I haven’t had a chance to listen to but will tackle that one next.
