Especially in your 30’s. How the hell do you meet people without doing the whole dating app swipe right crap? Swipe this! Everyone has something to say about you being single in your thirties. “Must be something wrong with that one.” “How can you not be married by now?” Fuck it.
The dates I’ve been on are downright scary. There’s a reason I carry a “first date knife.” Apparently if you don’t have a significant other there is something fundamentally wrong with you. Well fuck that shit. I pay for my own shit and do whatever the fuck I want. Can’t ask for more than that.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with being single. Too many people feel like they 'have' to be with someone and they settle for "well this is ok" and that's when bad marriages happen, messy divorces etc... Some things you just shouldn't rush, but people who put others down just because they don't fall in line with societal 'norms' are schmucks.
