My wake-up time was 4:30 am. I went through my usual routine. I also cut and individually wrapped in plastic wrap, the peanut butter fudge that I made, yesterday. I’ll bet I wrapped about three dozen pieces of fudge, then I put them in an airtight container, and into the freezer they went, for the holidays! I think that when I make my cookie trays, I will keep them wrapped up to prevent any “crumbling”. I also washed about a dozen containers of which I am going to store cookies , then freeze them. My next baking project is going to be nutrolls, which will be a big project, in that it is very time consuming, and also due to the fact that I am going to make a double recipe. That will be on Friday, October 20th. I will most likely be spending the bulk of that day, making nutrolls (Rozky, as I mentioned in a previous entry). Closer to the day of making them, I will need to make another trip up to Walmart to buy eggs, sour cream, cream cheese and maple syrup, to make them. More later.
