Oatmeal pie in Recipes

This is one of my favorite pies. easy to make, and really yummy. Not very good for you though. It’ll make your blood sugar soar.

3 eggs beat well
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
2/3 cup oatmeal
2/3 cup of coconut

Mix all together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. let cool on a pie rack, then refrigerate for a couple of hours.
