I'd like to stab her with a/an (insert comical item) in Day to Day

Fork? Pencil? Cuticle stick? Sure, why not.. One of my instructors makes me want to stab her in the eye. She's a dumb bitch, end of story.

Anyway. I'm watching the Nightmare Before Christmas for the unknownth time. I love this movie, have ever since my mom bought it on VHS. It's the little details I love, like the destroyed pumpkin by the guillotine when Jack is being chased by a bunch of randy spooktastic women. <3 And I freakin' love Danny Elfman's vocals. And it doubles for two holidays! You just can't beat that.

So tomorrow marks the end of week 12 of the semester, meaning I have three weeks of class left, one of which is a half week, and a week for finals. I'M GONNA SURVIVE THIS SEMESTER!!! So far... I should have pretty solid A's in my classes... if I miss one by a few points, I'll be pissed. Just gotta rock my finals, I suppose. Not that a B will kill me.. but I'm trying to stay up on my grades, just to say I did. I know several girls who would love to have Bs, so I can't really bitch too much...

Other things... Thomas comes home this weekend! Friday or Saturday, unknown which.. my class club is having a ceremony at a casino Friday night, but since I didn't know if he would be coming, I'm taking J. It should be fun. I'm coming to terms with my new haircut. I was going about it wrong, and I'm starting to love it. J2 and I agreed that there are a few spots it could be shortened, but I'm getting the hang of it. I'm trying to figure out what to wear to the ceremony... either my black chiffon halter dress or a black satin dress with white polka dots (it's cute, just trust me.) I bought it years ago, and it seems to still fit, by some miracle. The vote will go to the girls when we're getting prepped.

I intended to get some homework done today, but I'm really not feeling it. It's not due until next week (or later, for some) so it's not something I'm going to regret putting off. I can always do it over the weekend. I'll certainly be stuck here long enough for it. I still don't know what my boss will be changing my schedule to over the break, since he'll have me for about a month without a school schedule to interfere. Having weekends off would be nice. I'd like to get some actual time with Thomas, and I could use the free time during the day to work on the house. I have a lot planned, just to weed out a lot of our junk. I'm tired of feeling like a packrat.

Next semester will be a trip. Junior clinic starts, with actual (ie not student) patients. That'll be fun...
