I enjoyed a bag of peanut butter M&M's today. As I've said before, I'm not the best diabetic. Peanut butter and chocolate make quite the pair.
Women who use the word "bro" consistently are not attractive, nor are they eloquent. That type of shit is not even remotely feminine and it's just an awful way to communicate.
I've been in text message conversations in the past when people don't reply to the last message I sent them, even though we were in the midst of an active conversation. I'm then left in a weird position, where I have a decision to make. Do I wait for them to respond, even if it takes them over 24 hours to do so? Maybe I double text, maybe even triple text? Why in the hell did they disappear and otherwise go silent? I've been in both situations and in each one, I've been in the wrong. This feels like a lose-lose situation. This is why I don't talk to people.
I like that the folks at Best Buy Credit send me e-mails regularly, not to say hello or to check in on me, but to remind me that I have a payment due soon. That's so kind of them. I appreciate this kind of courtesy so much that there have been instances where I've even gone above and beyond and paid more than what was minimally due for that particular payment cycle. My minimum due is $32? Nah, I'll up that payment to $40 instead because of the excellent customer service. Why not? I've got an extra eight bucks lying around here somewhere.
A gallon of regular unleaded gasoline at the local Chevron where I normally fill up is now $5.79. Sadly, I got excited when I first saw this price because compared to where gas prices were at this very Chevron about a month ago, $5.79 is a bargain. That same gallon gas of gas in early May was $6.29. Fifty cents is fifty cents.
