My husband wonders why I wear a towel when I burp the baby. My husband had to take a shower to clean off his lesson.
Yesterday my husband saw me walk down the road the baby in the carriage mad as hell he just got home. All day mom was barking orders and getting on my nerves. I am trying to care for the baby but she wanted me to act like a slave for her. When I told her to stay quiet the baby was asleep she screamed startling Leo my son awake after I tried to get him to sleep for 2 hours. She screamed at me to bring her a drink she didn't want to pause her show to get it. When I tried to leave mom put my husband's socks on my son's legs to keep him warm. I put a blanket on him and went for a walk. My husband got our cat Cinder and let the cat walk on a leash to see why I was angry. He figured out I am angry because Everytime I got the baby to sleep mom would wake him up to take him. The baby was exhausted and she wouldn't let him sleep.. I got furious he was crying exhausted because she decided she needed him not to rest.
I have threatened so many people and cats for waking the baby now the cats tip toe very quietly around Leo and meow very gently for my attention. They sneak up to see if he is awake or not before they decide how to act.
Obviously all I have done today is care for my son. Don't think I am ungrateful for my mom's help. I am very grateful but sometimes him and me just need a rest.
