In the Life Log - Day 99 in JY 2025

Today was a great day. I was able to sleep somewhere in the lines of 9 hours last night - I was immediately knocked out the moment I closed my eyes. I had another weird dream - not work-related.. just weird. I’m glad regardless that I didn’t have any of the bad 3, nor did I have any feeling of anxiety or panic.

I spent majority of my day relaxing and taking my mind off work. That basically meant: listening to music, watching a new series, and having a massage. The massage was really good, and will probably do it again in the near future. My shoulders and neck were really stiff so having the session helped in providing a bit of relief.

Hopefully tomorrow will be even better.
