In the Life Log - Day 85 in JY 2025

Today was an ok day. I was able to sleep somewhere in the lines of 7.5 hours last night, and as always, I was immediately knocked out. I had another set of weird dreams that have long been forgotten, but I’m sure enough that it was not disturbing. I’m just grateful that I didn’t have any of the bad 3, nor did I have to take my anti-panic medicine.

Work was very busy today - 3 new documents to review, each having their own level of complexity. The stress of not having a manager is getting to me, it seems. I had another series of headaches during my shift; add to that doing my work for 9.5 hours without taking any break. I’m sure what I’m doing is not sustainable, but I’m also at a loss with how things are being handled recently. I’ve applied to a number of jobs here and there as well, with no feedback as of this writing.

Somehow, I was able to get through today. Hopefully things turn out better tomorrow.
