In the Life Log - Day 79 in JY 2025

Today was a great day. Once again, it took me a bit of time finding my groove - just when I was fully ready to sleep, I started feeling itchy here and there which was really annoying; thankfully it didn’t last that long and was finally able to get some shut-eye. I didn’t have any dreams (a good change!). In addition, I didn’t have any of the bad 3 + didn’t have any feeling of anxiety or panic attack so I’m really happy about that.

Work was on the chill side today - I didn’t have any new task today (another welcome change!). I had a catch-up with my new boss and we talked about how to add value in my role. I’d like to think it was a pleasant conversation. After work, I decided to catch-up with my certifications-related training just to keep me up to speed.

Aside from an annoying migraine since this afternoon, I’m truly happy with today’s turnout. Hopefully this momentum stays.
